We are seeking a full time Hotel Front Desk Agent to become a part of our team!
Hotel Front Desk experience a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Guests should be treated promptly, warmly, and professionally.
- Provide an exceptional check in and check out experience with accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer phone warmly and direct calls to correct department.
- Complete daily check list.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints.
- Accept, log and distribute packages and mail.
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments to provide seamless guest experience.
- Assist guests with recommendations and information about local dining, attractions and hotel amenities.
- PBX Operation
- Light cleaning
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- High work ethic and self- initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Warm, friendly and attentive to all guests and staff.
