In this pivotal role, your expertise will guide one-on-one therapy services to patients in their homes, crafting a significant impact on their recovery and wellbeing. Duties will span from assessing patient needs, sculpting individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and vigilantly tracking patient progress. - Educate and continuously engage with patients and their families about home exercise programs and other pertinent care details.
- Collaborate with our adept team of healthcare professionals, ensuring each patient receives premium, holistic care.
- Current licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Physical Therapist in NJ.
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Stellar communication skills, paired with a genuine, patient-centered approach.
- Capability to proficiently manage a varied caseload.
