We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our practice in West New York, NJ. Ideally the incoming Physical Therapist has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, is willing to work in a collaborative environment coordinating with other healthcare professionals and has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. We have an amazing work environment, specializing in high quality care, and we are looking for a likeminded Physical Therapist to join our team. A huge plus if the incoming PT is bilingual in Spanish and we are flexible in our need and can accommodate a PT looking for either part time or full-time work.

Responsibilities:
-Perform initial patient examination and continuing functional evaluations.
-Evaluate patients' physical condition and needs, developing a tailored rehabilitation program based on their unique challenges.
-Ensure excellent and compliant department documentation
-Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, acupuncturist, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.
-Participate in team meetings and collaborate on patient case management.
-Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, their care plans
-Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities.
-Educate patients on exercises they can do at home for faster recovery and long-term health benefits.
Requirements:
-Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
-Physical Therapy license in NJ
-Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Schedule:
-Part time or Full time
-Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Salary:
-$100k - $150k per year
