RN Med-Surg/Telemetry (MS/Tele) (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)

Registered Nurse – MS/Tele Travel Position Location: Voorhees, NJ Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3×12s Nights Pay: $2,379.60/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Med-Surg/Telemetry (MS/Tele) Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare facility in Voorhees, NJ on a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide high-quality care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and general medical-surgical support. The ideal candidate is experienced in MS/Tele nursing, demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, and is committed to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the MS/Tele unit.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in the medical record.
• Adhere to infection control standards, safety protocols, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in New Jersey (or compact eligibility).
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent MS/Tele nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate and adaptable approach to patient care.
• COVID-19 vaccine and recent tuberculosis test.
