This position is ONSITE in Hamilton NJ, salary range 65-75k. Excellent work environment.
Real Estate and/or Insurance industry experience would be ideal!
Make an immediate impact supporting a busy in‑house legal team. You’ll be a go-to partner across the business, from contracts and compliance to provider enrollment and real estate.
What you’ll do:
- Draft/review letters, contracts, and legal documents
- Manage insurance applications, audits, and claims support
- Maintain healthcare managed care/provider agreements; handle claim denials/appeals
- File regulatory registrations/renewals via online portals
- Support cross‑department regulatory and compliance responses
- Review and route medical records subpoenas
- Handle entity formations/dissolutions and corporate filings
- Assist with real estate docs (contracts, leases, titles), due diligence, and closings
- Provide administrative support for corporate projects; conduct legal research (LexisNexis)
What you bring:
- Paralegal experience/certification (BA/BS a plus); 3–5 years in‑house preferred
- Strong MS Word, Outlook, Excel; solid legal research skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication; proactive problem solver
- High integrity, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and follow‑through
