Noah’s Ark is seeking an exceptional full-time Customer Service Manager to lead one of the most important and demanding positions in our company.

After more than 6 years with Noah’s Ark, our longtime Customer Service Manager is relocating, creating a rare opportunity for the right person to step into a critical leadership role at the center of our restaurant, catering, delivery, reservations, and nationwide travel meal operations.

This is not a typical customer service position.

The Customer Service Manager is the first point of contact for virtually every customer interaction — in person, over the phone, online, through email, WhatsApp, delivery apps, and nationwide shipping orders. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple responsibilities at once, stays calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and managing part-time customer service staff to support busy periods and daily operations.

• Managing all front-facing customer service operations

• Handling takeout, catering, delivery, reservation, and travel meal inquiries

• Answering and prioritizing multiple phone lines

• Responding to emails, WhatsApp messages, and online order platforms

• Coordinating orders with kitchen, counter, slicer, drivers, and management

• Managing online ordering systems including DoorDash, Grubhub, and website orders

• Assisting customers with special requests, dietary concerns, catering guidance, and travel meal logistics

• Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines

• Resolving customer issues professionally and compassionately

• Hiring, scheduling, and training additional customer service team members

• Learning and mastering Noah’s Ark’s extensive operating systems and procedures

• Experienced with hospitality, restaurants, catering, or customer service management (preferred)

• POS systems

• Catering operations

• Delivery logistics

• Online ordering platforms

• Outlook/email management

• Shipping or nationwide fulfillment

• Restaurant or hospitality environments
