Magnolia Montessori School is seeking a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Teacher’s Assistant to join our Montessori community for the Fall of 2026. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, professional, and enjoys working collaboratively in a peaceful, child-centered environment.
Responsibilities include assisting the lead teacher, supporting classroom routines, helping maintain a clean and organized environment, and fostering respectful and positive interactions with children.
Experience working with young children is preferred. Montessori experience is a plus, but not required.
Applicants must be dependable, caring, and willing to learn.
