Empire Auto Parts is a leading distributor of aftermarket collision parts. We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our New Jersey operations. This role partners with local leadership to drive HR strategy, employee engagement, and compliance in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance, and compliance

• Partner with managers on staffing, training, and organizational development

• Support recruitment and retention efforts in the NJ region

• Ensure HR policy compliance with state and federal laws

• Conduct investigations and resolve workplace issues

• Promote a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

• 5+ years of HR generalist/HRBP experience (distribution/logistics a plus)

• Knowledge of NJ employment laws

• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills

• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

• Travel up to 30% within NJ
