We are seeking a Nurse LPNto join our team full-time!You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assignedpatients.
Responsibilities:- Prepare patient charts
- Provide basic patient care and treatment
- Educateand update patients onmedical treatments
- Monitoring and following up with individual child health records
- Document and communicate with staff and parents about allergies or other health concerns
- Collaborate to coordinate care, and apply the nursing process using a science-based approach to all student and staff needs
- Desire to work two nightshifts
Qualifications:
- Previousexperience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
- Knowledge of EMR systems
- Covid Vaccine
