Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee operational and cross-functional business initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for driving strategic delivery, managing project execution, supporting business operations, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, change management, and process improvement expertise, along with the ability to work independently and lead complex initiatives across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational and business-focused projects from initiation through completion.
• Align strategic project delivery with business operations, objectives, and financial goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance risks, trade-offs, and opportunities in decision-making processes.
• Plan, organize, and manage project resources, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, staffing requirements, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project performance, including cost, timelines, staffing, risks, and deliverable quality.
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational change management efforts.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external quality standards, including ISO guidelines where applicable.
• Identify project risks, operational challenges, and obstacles, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Support the development of innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
• Work autonomously within established procedures while contributing to strategic business initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing operational and business-focused projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing project documentation, status reporting, and executive-level presentations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification preferred.
• Experience working in enterprise or corporate business environments.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with project management software and reporting tools.
