WFH Cruise Sales and Service Representative for a cruise brand

**Pay:** $6/hour guaranteed + Commission & Bonuses

**Location:** 100% Work-from-Home (Philippines only)

**Schedule:** 40 hours/week, US Eastern Time; 2 days off (not on weekends)

**Role Overview:**

Join a growing travel and cruise company as a Sales Service Representative. You will assist customers via calls, chats, and emails to plan and book travel experiences, promote cruise packages and upgrades, manage bookings and payments, and deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations
* Promote cruise packages, upgrades, insurance, and excursions
* Meet sales and service performance targets
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
* Handle customer concerns and provide solutions
* Follow scripts, company guidelines, and reporting procedures
* Collaborate with clients to create personalized travel plans

**Qualifications:**

* 1+ year verifiable sales experience (call center preferred)
* 1+ year customer service or telesales experience
* Proven track record in phone-based sales
* Travel or cruise industry experience is an advantage
* Strong English communication and phone handling skills
* Sales-driven, confident negotiator, goal-oriented
* CRM and live chat platform experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk)
* Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
* Odysseus software experience is a plus

**Technical Requirements:**

* Quiet home office environment
* Personal desktop/laptop: Intel i5 / Ryzen 5, 4GB+ RAM (8GB preferred)
