We are looking for a Medical Assistant with strong phlebotomy skills who aligns with our core values and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Your Role:

• Assist providers with aesthetics and wellness treatments and related tasks
• Obtain prior authorizations for medications and pull lab results from online portals
• Perform venipuncture with precision and efficiency, ensuring comfort for all patients, including difficult draws
• Capture high-quality before & after photos to showcase patient results
• Engage with patients to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work environment
• Support front and back-office operations, ensuring seamless patient flow

Requirements:

• Phlebotomy experience required – must be comfortable with hard sticks
• Medical Assistant experience preferred (training provided for aesthetics support)
• Background in customer service or medical aesthetics is a plus
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability skills
• Proficient with technology (EHR, iPads, and lab portals)
