**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous experience.
+ Monitor front desk access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of activity within the location.
+ Follow site-specific policies, procedures, and protocols related to access control and visitor management.
+ Respond to incidents, inquiries, and security-related situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following directions provided by Allied Universal and/or site leadership.
+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities according to company and site requirements.
+ Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency services as needed.
+ Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, upholding a professional appearance for the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
