What You Will Do
You will run the office like a business:
- Lead and manage the team
- Control the daily schedule and patient flow
- Drive productivity and performance
- Hold staff accountable
- Manage payroll hours and office expenses
- Resolve patient issues
- Ensure smooth, efficient operations

Dental experience is preferred, not required.
Schedule
- Full-time, in-person
- Some Saturdays required
