After School Site Leader
Responsible for providing a safe, nurturing environment by supporting the daily implementation of the school-age child care program.
After School Site Leader Job Duties
- Interacts effectively and frequently with all children
- Maintains proper supervision of children meeting NYS OCFS ratio regulations
- Upholds the overall health & safety of each child enrolled
- Supervises support staff in accordance with YMCA policies
- Effectively communicates with parents/guardians
After School Leader Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree or 18 credits in a related field
- At least two years of professional childcare experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Salary range $19-$21 per hour based on experience**
