Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A skilled Nuclear Medicine/PET CT Technologist opportunity is available on a contract basis at a healthcare facility in Newark, NJ. This role offers a chance to utilize your expertise in nuclear medicine imaging and puted tomography in a dynamic clinical environment. The position requires a professional certified in both nuclear medicine and radiology technology, ensuring high-quality patient care and diagnostic precision.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMTCB or ARRT(N))
• Additional certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT(R), ARRT(CT), or NMTCB(CT))
• Valid New Jersey state licenses in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology
• Proven skills in nuclear medicine imaging, PET/CT technology, and CT scanning

Schedule and Hours:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform PET/CT and nuclear medicine imaging procedures adhering to safety and quality standards
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals following protocols
• Operate nuclear medicine and CT imaging equipment proficiently
• Maintain patient records and imaging documentation accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support effective diagnostic services
