- POSITION TITLE: AP Specialist
- ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 3-6 months
- SCHEDULE/ REMOTE FLEXIBILITY: hybrid
- WORK HOURS: 8am-5pm, 1 hr lunch
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: bachelors degree preferred, SAP experience preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist AP personnel with daily/weekly tasks, assist with issues due to new system implementation pertaining to 3 way matching and Goods in Transit clearing.
- Vendor reconciliations, requests vendor statements, purchase order clearing items.
- Other duties assigned as needed
