Salary Range: $300,000 - $400,000 + Upside

Job Summary

A fast paced consumer product and marketing company is seeking a CFO to lead financial strategy, drive business decisions, and support market expansion initiatives. This role will oversee the finance and accounting functions, optimize margins and cost structures, and guide strategic investments and operational improvements. Product based experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, cash management, and performance analytics to drive profitable growth
• Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, and timely, accurate financial reporting
• Optimize cost structure including margins, COGS, inventory and supply chain driven costs
• Implement financial systems and automation technologies including AI to improve speed, efficiency, and data insights
• Provide financial guidance on market expansion opportunities using market data, consumer demand trends, and channel performance
• Build and manage banking, lender, and capital partner relationships including oversight of lines of credit
• Negotiate commercial agreements and analyze tax implications for domestic and international operations
• Evaluate strategic investment opportunities and potential acquisitions including financial due diligence and return analysis
• Work with principal on entity structuring, tax strategy, and long term financial planning

Requirements

• Senior financial leadership experience with strong business analytics and operational finance skills
• Deep knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and strategic planning
• Expertise optimizing COGS, margins, and inventory based economics
• Track record of improving finance operations and leading technology driven process improvements
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining strong decision making and prioritization
