Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician
- Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Collect and track session data
- Support skill development and promote positive behavior
- Share progress with your clinical team
- If you love working with children- or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional- you may be an excellent fit for this role
- Flexible scheduling
- Supportive supervision and ongoing feedback
- Competitive pay ($20–$30/hour)

- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
