Our agency opened in 2008 and currently has a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in management for medical claims with State Farm, which gave me a strong foundation in service, leadership, and building relationships. We offer 5 sick days, 2 weeks of vacation and a strong focus on work-life balance. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Camille Kiste - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
