Administrative and Supportive Services Assistant

Administrative and Supportive Services Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative and Supportive Services Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief of Supportive Services. This role plays a key part in coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, supporting strategic planning, ensuring compliance, and facilitating communication with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic initiatives through data tracking, reporting, and meeting coordination.
- Manage calendars, draft correspondence, and maintain organized records.
- Liaise with community partners and track participation in trainings and meetings.
- Assist with housing development documentation and grant submissions.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and support audits and emergency planning.
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding, training logistics, and personnel documentation.
- Provide front desk support including answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing supplies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive or high-level administrative assistant, preferably in nonprofit, healthcare, or social services.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with human services or housing compliance standards is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8a-4pm
