About the Role
We’re seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow our footprint across the Eastern U.S. with a strong focus on Europe and Asia trade lanes . This is a high-visibility, revenue-impacting role where you’ll build meaningful partnerships with importers, exporters, and supply chain leaders—and deliver customized logistics solutions that help them move goods across the globe.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow Transatlantic and Transpacific trade lanes
- Build strong relationships with supply chain decision-makers across diverse industries
- Identify client needs and present tailored solutions (ocean, air, warehousing, customs brokerage, and more)
- Work closely with operations and pricing teams to deliver accurate proposals and quotes
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive activity, and global shipping challenges
- Hit and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and growth goals
What You Bring
- Proven B2B sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- Solid understanding of Transatlantic & Transpacific trade lanes and Incoterms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Comfortable using CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and virtual communication platforms
- Willingness to travel domestically (and internationally when needed)
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of logistics or freight forwarding sales experience (Transatlantic focus is a major plus)
- Knowledge of customs brokerage, compliance, and import/export processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
