What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups

• Assist with HVAC system replacements and new installations

• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related components

• Troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues

• Communicate professionally with homeowners

• Complete service documentation accurately

• Maintain high standards for safety and workmanship

• Deliver excellent customer service on every call

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet the driving requirements of the position

• 2–4 years of HVAC installation experience

• HVAC field experience in service, installation, or both

• Ability to troubleshoot & perform diagnostics on residential HVAC systems

• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality

• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Certification

• Residential replacement experience

• Service and maintenance experience

• Strong customer service background
