Physician Assistant
The JFK Neuroscience Institute Neuro Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner/ Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant utilizes a patient-centered coordinated care model, demonstrating competencies in leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision-making. The APN works collaboratively with the practice/hospital team to assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs.
Responsibilites include inpatient neurology consultations. Schedule is 7 days on/7 days off, 8 hours days starting at 8 or 9am, weekends to be discussed. On-call required.
