This is an exciting opportunity to offer a NOVEL INTEGRATED CARE MODEL for autism with the deep-rooted mission of helping families. We provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis on natural environment teaching paired with play-based approaches. We use the approaches our learners respond to that best maximize their potential!

We recognize that behavior technician satisfaction and retention is an issue in the ABA field; be a part of growing and retaining behavior technicians through an in-house developed RBT training program as well as continuous support and improvement plans. Ensure that parents remain an active part of their childs progress and growth through definable metrics. Participate in our plans to accumulate and develop the latest research to be a source of clinical progress in the field. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

  • Develop individualized treatment plans for each client and communicate goals and progress updates with Behavior Technicians.
  • Conduct and score initial and ongoing assessments using appropriate assessment tools.
  • Train and supervise a caseload of Behavior Technicians and clients.
  • Meet with Behavior Technicians outside of supervised hours to discuss their ongoing goals for clinical growth.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians including Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists to coordinate the therapy of shared clients.
  • Conduct parent meetings/trainings to ensure generalization of skills and empowerment of caregivers as active participants in their childs growth
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children IN & OUT-center as necessary.
  • Attend team and supervisory meetings as scheduled.
  • Provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates if desired.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field required.
  • BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
  • Experience with children in an educational setting.
  • Willingness to obtain license to practice ABA therapy in the state of New Jersey.
  • Must submit to a federal and state background check.
