At Hillcrest Academy, we believe childhood should be soft, magical, and safe. Our environment is centered around kindness, play, and emotional connection. We're not just looking for a “childcare worker”—we're hoping to find someone who sees caregiving as a calling.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing tender, attentive care to children ages 6 months to 5 years.
Creating a calm and cozy environment where every child feels safe and seen.
Supporting emotional development through compassion, gentle redirection, and lots of listening.
Helping with daily routines like snack time, play, naps, and outdoor exploration.
What We’re Looking For:
A naturally warm, calm presence.
Someone who delights in the small moments— story time snuggles, butterfly chases.
Experience with children is lovely, but a kind heart is essential.
A deep respect for each child’s uniqueness and pace.
