What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing tender, attentive care to children ages 6 months to 5 years.
Creating a calm and cozy environment where every child feels safe and seen.
Supporting emotional development through compassion, gentle redirection, and lots of listening.
Helping with daily routines like snack time, play, naps, and outdoor exploration.
What We’re Looking For:
A naturally warm, calm presence.
Someone who delights in the small moments— story time snuggles, butterfly chases.
Experience with children is lovely, but a kind heart is essential.
A deep respect for each child’s uniqueness and pace.
