Attendant
Retail Attendant
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Attendant to join our team at Deauville Inn. As a Retail Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our pop-up store, restocking merchandise, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Your ultimate goal will be to increase sales and revenue by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service
- Assist customers in finding the products they need and provide recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Restock merchandise and ensure that products are properly displayed
Skills:
As a Retail Attendant, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service. You will also use your attention to detail to accurately process transactions and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, your knowledge of our products and your ability to make recommendations to customers will help increase sales and revenue.
This is a seasonal position starting after 4/1/26.
