Summary Looking to advance your biotech career with a global pharmaceutical leader? A premier life sciences organization is seeking a Cell Culture, Sr. Technician in Hopewell, NJ. This contract role offers a premier opportunity to work in a cutting-edge cGMP environment, utilizing advanced single-use bioreactor systems. Responsibilities
- Execute cGMP Operations: Perform media preparation, filtration, cell culture sampling, monitoring, and harvesting.
- Maintain Facility & Equipment: Support cleanroom operations, handle facility sanitization, and safely remove process waste.
- Operate Technical Systems: Utilize Distributed Computer Systems (DCS) and operate specialized equipment (CIP/SIP skids, autoclaves, biowelders).
- Manage Documentation: Request, stage, and verify production materials while completing and reviewing batch records for total accuracy.
- Troubleshoot & Improve: Identify process deviations, assist in equipment troubleshooting, and support cGMP procedure optimization.

Qualifications
- Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of relative experience in biotech/upstream manufacturing.
- Proficiency with single-use bioreactor systems.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours/day and perform physical tasks (bending, pushing, pulling).
- Flexibility to work shift schedules (7:00 AM-3:30 PM and/or 3:00 PM-11:00 PM EST) and overtime as needed.
- Preferred:
- AS/BS/BA in a science-related field or biopharmaceutical discipline.
