MAJOR FUNCTION: Delivery of necessary items throughout the CompleteCare Health Network safely.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain daily transport logs
- Fingerprint with State of New Jersey Department of Education before hire.
- Transport mail to the post office daily or to UPS as needed.
- DOT Certification after hired (Has 60 days to obtain)
- Transport Supplies to all CompleteCare locations daily.
- Submits daily logs to VP of Community Service by the month’s third.
- Transports patients to CompleteCare medical center’s schedule.
- Operates vehicle safely and courteously:
- Keeps assigned vehicle in a clean and well-maintained condition.
- Coordinates van maintenance.
- Checks vehicle before driving.
- Wears seatbelt and ensures medical and dental appointments van rules.
- Transport school-age children to a medical and dental appointment with chaperones as needed.
- Takes vehicle to the carwash at least twice a month.
- Informs supervisor of special cleaning/repair.
- Drivers and operates Mobile Medical Unit
- Assist patients as needed on the mobile medical unit.
- Clean and disinfect Mobile medical unit daily.
- Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Fingerprint with State of New Jersey Department of Education before hire
- Must be 21 years of age
- Current/valid New Jersey driver’s license with CDL
- Experience in driving large vehicles including but not limited to trucks/buses
- Be able to lift 50 Pounds.
- Clean driving record.
