Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)
Location: Bloomfield, NJ (In-home)
Pay: $24 to $32 per hour

Flywheel Centers is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children with autism in Bloomfield , NJ . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work meaningful afternoon and early evening hours while gaining valuable experience in the behavioral health field.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with a child in their home setting, implementing treatment plans created and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will help children develop life skills and improve behaviors that impact daily functioning.

What You'll Do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in the home environment

• Follow behavior plans developed by a BCBA

• Help children improve communication, self-help, and social skills

• Document session data accurately and professionally

• Collaborate with the clinical team and maintain strong family communication

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in Hoboken

• Experience working with children (required)

• ABA experience or RBT certification (preferred but not required)

• Patience, positivity, and a desire to help children succeed

Work Setting
