As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and contribute to a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Your visible presence and routine patrols are essential for maintaining order and providing reassurance. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting healthcare staff, visitors, and patients as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entrances and exits to help to maintain a secure healthcare setting.
• Support the enforcement of facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with staff, patients, and visitors.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
