Position Overview:

We’re looking for an entry-level Helpdesk Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their IT career or transitioning from a customer service background. You’ll work directly with other technicians to learn our systems and processes, assist with PC prep, handle basic tickets, and support end-user needs—both remotely and occasionally onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and phone support requests

• Assist with setting up and configuring PCs, laptops, and basic network gear

• Perform troubleshooting of Windows systems, printers, and user access issues

• Help maintain documentation and follow company procedures

• Escalate issues to senior technicians as needed

• Participate in learning and training opportunities to grow technical skills

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.)

• Strong customer service or support experience (retail, helpdesk, etc.)

• Basic familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and general networking concepts

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to follow directions and work within a team

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (some local travel may be required - Company vehicle available or milage reimbursement)
