Position Overview:
We’re looking for an entry-level Helpdesk Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their IT career or transitioning from a customer service background. You’ll work directly with other technicians to learn our systems and processes, assist with PC prep, handle basic tickets, and support end-user needs—both remotely and occasionally onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to helpdesk tickets and phone support requests
Assist with setting up and configuring PCs, laptops, and basic network gear
Perform troubleshooting of Windows systems, printers, and user access issues
Help maintain documentation and follow company procedures
Escalate issues to senior technicians as needed
Participate in learning and training opportunities to grow technical skills
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.)
Strong customer service or support experience (retail, helpdesk, etc.)
Basic familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and general networking concepts
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow directions and work within a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (some local travel may be required - Company vehicle available or milage reimbursement)
