We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone with experience in payroll processing and human resources support who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate payroll management while providing administrative assistance to the HR department.

Responsibilities:

• Process biweekly payroll with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all employee data is correctly maintained.

• Manage daily administrative tasks related to manual payroll operations.

• Assist the Human Resources department in handling employee benefits and record maintenance.

• Support recruitment activities by coordinating schedules and maintaining applicant records.

• Provide clerical support for HR communications and employee-related inquiries.

• Maintain compliance with relevant payroll and HR regulations.

• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and documentation as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.

• Contribute to process improvements within payroll and HR functions.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.

• Familiarity with human resources administration, including benefits and record maintenance.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to changing priorities.

• Previous experience supporting recruitment efforts is a plus.
