We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Parsippany, New Jersey. In this role, you will contribute to daily operations by managing administrative tasks such as data entry, document verification, and organizational support. This position requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:• Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain and update records.
• Verify and review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Organize and manage files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to support administrative functions.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries as required.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures in all tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency in data entry and document management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with office software and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
