Groundskeeper
Groundskeeper Daily responsibilities
- Use Blower/Sweep and pick up all trash, etc around the perimeter of buildings and parking areas. Cigarette butts, cups and anything that might have blown into landscaping.
- Outside check all light bulbs and change where necessary.
- Change all outside trash bins and empty & wipe ashtray tops
- Sweep all rubbish from out front on street and in our parking lots
- While still in season powerwash/vacuum upper and lower decks.
- Trash areas need to look awesome. Power wash if need be.
- Check maintenance lists and check in with Manager on duty for any pop up repairs.
- Complete daily projects
- Cut lawn when applicable.
- Maintain and water all potted plants
