Hr Generalist

Grungo Law is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role is key to supporting our people and culture, ensuring our firm continues to thrive as we expand. $55,000 - $65,000 yearly

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Conduct employee onboarding and exit processes with professionalism and care.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Support performance management processes, including evaluations and performance improvement plans.
• Handle all aspects of payroll and benefits administration , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for leadership.
• Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed.

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
