IT Application System Analyst

BASIC FUNCTION

Support day-to-day administration of the Bank-wide applications, including high risk transactional systems, security roles, admin profiles, related software, Vendor management and administration of related support portals. Provide direct support, security guidance, implementation, and assist with patch and vulnerability management and reviews for enterprise and department applications. Provide oversight for ongoing security, access, and vendor reviews.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain IT governance policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards to Bank wide applications.
• Ensure that bank wide applications activities are aligned with Information Security procedures, policies, and strategies.
• Assess and manage Application risks and compliance outside of the IT department and enforce IT risk management and information security framework.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure proper risk management for departmental and cloud-based applications.
• Process and monitor reports related to systems for the capture of key metrics, and compliance with security regulations and Information security procedures.
• Perform system administrator maintenance and oversight for new admin setup and modifications of existing admins as needed. Document and retain authorizations and change management for audit purposes.
• Perform ongoing reviews of system privileged access accounts, employee terminations, system patches and vulnerabilities, and general system health and security.
• Utilize electronic document system to retain and organize departmental security and governance filings.
• Work with Departments to monitor, respond, and maintain active relevant external support tickets opened in administrative support portals with vendors.
• Act as a resource for departmental projects and new product research. Work across departments to facilitate system updates and upgrades.
• Contribute to strategic business initiatives within the information governance practice.
• Oversee and ensure required documentation and reviews are conducted for bank wide high risk and critical vendors by utilizing and managing the bank's vendor management portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred or mix of education and experience.

Min 5 years of Bank IT applications management.

Preferred experience with Fiserv Core and ancillary applications.

General systems analyst experience.

Skills:

Computer skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office,

Must possess excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.

Must be able to stand and lift to 25 lbs. Occasional local travel may be required.
