Virtual Assistant
Job Description:
QP Group was founded in 1995 and experienced rapid growth throughout the late 1990s. Our strong reputation is built on providing clients with a high return on investment through the implementation of procurement transformation programs, starting from our original base in the UK. We expanded our operations to the USA in 1996 and have since opened additional offices around the world. As a Virtual Assistant at QP Group, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in managing procurement and supply chain activities for global companies.
- Supporting the procurement consultants in delivering sustainable value and savings to clients.
- Utilizing world-class tools and techniques to optimize procurement processes.
- Participating in the 5 Stage Sourcing Management Process (SMP) to enhance procurement outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support or virtual assistant roles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Experience: Up to 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the procurement or supply chain industry.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $20.55 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $27.5 per hour
- Currency: USD
