JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Director administers, directs and coordinates all functions of the community to assure that the highest degree of quality of care is consistently provided to the residents.
JOB DUTIES:
- Operate the Skilled Nursing Facility in accordance with all Federal, State and local regulations
- Assist in the development
- Ensure adherence to the Resident’s Bill of Rights
- Recruits and trains team members to create and maintain a highly functioning team environment and maintains high customer satisfaction
- Perform regular reviews of and makes recommendations on all aspects of building construction and preventative maintenance
- Meet financial management requirements for the community
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Administrator’s license/certification
- Prior Executive Director / Administrator experience within Long Term Care required
