Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Multimedia Designer, Digital Marketer & Content Creator detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities to support the day-to-day operations of our company. Must be organized, self-motivated, able to multitask, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning, execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, website updates)

Video production for Marketing, Township events, and Promo videos.

familiar with CRM software.

demonstrating proficiency in research, writing, and editorial skills

Manage the chat & blog post section on the website,

Participate in regular daily and weekly meetings to address areas requiring enhancement, modification, or ongoing attention

project management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum High school diploma or equivalent

Strong written, verbal and organizational skills

Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, analytics)

Prior experience in an office or marketing role is a plus

Knowledge and experience with business software suite.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva
