Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated E-Commerce Operations & Product Listing
Specialist to manage product listings, inventory coordination, and daily operations across multiple third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and others. This role requires strong organization, content creation, and basic photo editing skills to ensure our products are presented effectively and competitively online.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listing & Content Creation
- Create, edit, and manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.).
- Write clear and persuasive product titles, bullet points, and descriptions that highlight key selling points.
- Research comparable listings on Google, Amazon, and other platforms to determine competitive pricing.
- Identify and apply relevant keywords for optimized search visibility and advertising.
- Add and manage UPC codes and other identifiers for select products.
Product Photography & Editing
- Take product photos, including:
- Standalone shots
- In-use and lifestyle shots
- Component/feature breakdowns
- Edit photos to emphasize key product benefits and visual appeal.
- Ensure all images meet platform requirements and brand standards.
E-Commerce Administration
- Complete and manage various forms and administrative tasks related to listings and platform compliance.
- Upload and update pricing information across all selling channels to maintain consistency.
- Track and reorder inventory based on availability and sales data.
Daily Operational Tasks
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages across platforms.
- Process product returns, including physically inspecting and restocking items.
- Adjust pricing based on sales performance and market competition.
- Monitor top 200 best-selling products to ensure our listings remain competitive.
- Support advertising and promotional activities on platforms like Walmart.com and Amazon Ads.
Amazon FBA & Inventory Management
- Monitor FBA inventory , shipments, and sales performance.
- File cases or tickets with 3rd-party platforms for shipment or product discrepancies.
- Help forecast and manage product restocking based on FBA data.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify preferred).
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Basic photography and photo editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with online seller dashboards.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate pricing, trends, and keyword performance.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center .
- Familiarity with FBA management , keyword tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout), and advertising dashboards.
- Understanding of SEO for product listings .
- Strong initiative and problem-solving ability with minimal supervision.
