As a Sales Representative for State Farm in Lodi, New Jersey, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. - Engaging directly with customers through in-person meetings, email, or phone calls.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Generating leads and selling a range of insurance products, including auto, home, business, and life insurance.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Licensed in insurance is a plus; must be willing to obtain a license if they do not already have one.
