Electrical Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman who is capable of leading crews on commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, effectively manage teams, and execute electrical installations and repairs with precision and adherence to safety standards.

• Run and manage crews on commercial building projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints for commercial buildings to plan electrical layouts and installations.
• Bend pipes and connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring.
• Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment, ensuring compliance with building and safety codes.
• Repair or replace wiring as needed.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and planning electrical layouts.
• Experience in bending pipes and connecting wires in commercial settings.
• Ability to run smaller jobs with minimal supervision.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Capability to manage and direct teams efficiently.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00/hr.
