What You’ll Do:
As an Appointment Center Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. You won’t be cold calling — you’ll be answering inbound calls and connecting with homeowners who are already interested in our services. Your role is to schedule estimates, explain plan options, and set the tone for a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule estimates and follow up with homeowners.
- Provide accurate information about services and plans.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting daily goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all calls are handled efficiently.
- Stay engaged and adaptable in a high-volume call center environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
We believe in rewarding effort and results. Our pay structure gives you a solid base while letting you earn more through commissions and incentives:
- Base Pay: Up to $21/hour
- Commission: 6% on plans sold
- Incentives: $2.50 for each new estimate scheduled
- Earning Potential: On average, reps make around $70,000 per year (including overtime, commission, and incentives). High performers earn up to $90K, while lower earners average around $60K.
Important Note: The base pay is not $70K. Your earning potential depends on your consistency, engagement, and performance.
Schedule & Expectations:
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (one late evening until 6pm)
- Rotating Saturdays, 8am–2pm
- Flexibility to stay later when needed to complete tasks — we support each other until the job is done.
- Team-first mindset: willingness to jump in and help coworkers when needed

- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required.
