We have an opportunity for you in Jackson, NJ , where you’ll provide outpatient therapy in patients' homes and help them achieve their best.

Quick Glance:
This position allows you to work full-time, part-time, or PRN , handling outpatient therapy right in patients' homes. We’re looking for someone who can commit to at least 12.5 hours/week of direct patient care, billed as Medicare Part B .

You’ll need to have 3 weekdays available on a regular basis, but the rest of the schedule is flexible. Plus, you’ll be working with the geriatric population .
