Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, API testing, performance testing, and enterprise QA frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions, managing test environments, executing performance testing, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across large-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Management:

• Manage test planning, execution, traceability matrices, and status reporting.
• Oversee defect lifecycle management from identification through resolution.

Test Automation:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites.
• Create and execute UI and API automation scripts.
• Evaluate and enhance existing automated and manual test assets.

Performance Testing:

• Conduct load, stress, and performance testing using enterprise tools.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance:

• Participate in requirements, architecture, and design reviews.
• Support integration testing and issue resolution.
• Review test coverage and conduct test cycle reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes.

Environment & Framework Management:

• Manage physical, virtual, and simulated test environments.
• Customize automation frameworks based on project requirements.
• Support CI/CD and automation integration initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of Test Automation experience using:
  • Selenium.
  • Java / C#.
  • Cucumber / SpecFlow.
  • REST Assured / RestSharp.
• 5+ years of Software Testing experience.
• Strong UI and API Automation expertise.
• Experience with:
  • Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • BDD Frameworks (Cucumber/SpecFlow).
  • Functional & End-to-End Testing.
• 3+ years of experience with:
  • Kafka, AMQ, WMQ.
  • Couchbase.
  • GCP Services.
  • OpenShift.
  • Kubernetes.
• 3+ years of Performance Testing experience using JMeter or LoadUI.

Preferred Skills:

• Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipeline setup.
• Mobile Automation.
• Advanced Performance Testing expertise.
• Messaging Systems (Kafka, WMQ, AMQ).
• Leadership or QA Lead experience.
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Automation Engineer with UI, API, and Performance Testing expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java/C#, Cucumber, REST Assured, Kafka, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and GCP.
• Experience designing scalable automation frameworks and testing strategies for large enterprise applications.
