Business Development Manager (International Freight)
Bradley David Associates is recruiting a high-performing Business Development Manager (International Freight) on behalf of a rapidly expanding international freight forwarder looking to dominate the Transatlantic trade lane.
This role is focused on driving new revenue across Transatlantic (North America ↔ Europe) trade, with additional opportunities across Transpacific lanes.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively hunting and securing new B2B freight forwarding business across ocean, air, warehousing, and customs brokerage.
- Targeting importers, exporters, and key supply chain decision-makers throughout the Eastern US.
- Working closely with pricing and operations teams to deliver competitive, profitable proposals.
- Consistently exceeding revenue and GP targets.
Requirements
- Proven freight forwarding sales hunter with strong international trade lane knowledge.
- Solid understanding of Transatlantic and Transpacific markets.
- Strong grasp of Incoterms, customs processes, and global logistics operations.
- Demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding sales and margin targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.
