YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION MANAGER:

In this HVAC Installation Manager positon, you'll lead your team from start to finish on every job. Your day will start by ensuring your crew has the right tools, materials, and a solid plan in place. You'll be hands-on in the field, overseeing installations, solving problems, and making sure every job meets our high standards. You'll also mentor and train technicians, keep projects on schedule, and maintain a positive, productive work environment. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of our work and our team's success.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• Clean driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• HVAC installation experience with a passion for mentoring
• Ability to work hands-on in the field while overseeing projects
• Prior supervisory experience in the HVAC industry is a plus!

SCHEDULE FOR OUR HVAC INSTALLATION MANAGER

This is a full-time management position with a schedule of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or until the job is complete. Overtime opportunities are available.
