JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform high-quality repair and maintenance on CAT and Allied rental equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance services.
- Remove, install, disassemble, and assemble components and parts.
- Follow Caterpillar Equipment Repair Labor Guidelines (ERLG) and safety policies.
- Complete related paperwork and access necessary databases (e.g., work orders, parts orders).
- Adhere to safety standards to include contamination control and HAZMAT regulations.
- Provide accurate quotes for repair services.
- Responsible for parts ordering and inventory management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Computer skills to include, but not limited to, SisWeb, Parts Integrator, Microsoft 365, and E.T.
- Well-developed technical and troubleshooting skills with strong analytical problem-solving skills
