LCSW Clinical Supervisor – PHP / IOP Behavioral Health Programs

Our client is a respected private, non-profit organization in Manalapan, NJ. They provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health and addiction treatment services across central New Jersey. Their programs focus on integrated care, measurable outcomes, and evidence-based treatment that supports long-term recovery and emotional wellness.

The Position: We are seeking an experienced LCSW Clinical Supervisor to oversee PHP and IOP outpatient behavioral health programs. This role combines clinical leadership, program oversight, staff supervision, and operational management to ensure high-quality mental health and addiction treatment services. 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary $90,000 – $110,000

Schedule:

• 3 days per week: 9am–5pm
• 2 days per week: 11am–7pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations of PHP and IOP Behavioral Health Programs
• Ensure Programs Are Organized, Properly Staffed, and Running Efficiently
• Maintain Full Compliance with Clinical, Licensing, and Regulatory Standards
• Monitor Documentation, Workflow, and Program Quality to Ensure Audit-Ready Operations
• Promote Communication Between Therapists, Case Managers, and Medical Staff
• Manage Staffing Efficiency, Program Performance, and Operational
• Effectiveness
• Provide Hands-On Clinical Supervision for LCSWs, Counselors, and Clinical Staff
• Ensure Evidence-Based Treatment, Proper Assessments, Treatment Plans, and
• Discharge Planning for All Clients

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• NJ LCADC or Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) Preferred
• Minimum 5 Years of Clinical Supervisory Experience in Behavioral Health,
• Addiction Treatment, or Outpatient Mental Health
• Experience Supervising Clinicians in PHP, IOP, or Outpatient Settings
• Strong Knowledge of Clinical Documentation, Compliance, and Evidence-Based Practices
